A 25% deposit, refundable up to 30 days prior to your departure, is required to hold your date. We accept all credit cards, we need the number, expiration date, CVC code and the zip code where billed. If you must cancel your trip, the deposit will be fully refunded for cancellations over 30 days from the reserved date. For cancellations within 7 to 29 days, the deposit will be 50% refunded, and sorry, but there are no refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the reserved date.

Rates for charter services delivered from within the city/borough of Juneau are subject to a 5% Juneau sales tax. Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
